What we set, why, and how to turn it off.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Similar technologies such as local storage are covered by this policy too.
| Cookie / script | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cookies-accepted | linkthe.app | Strictly necessary | Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice so it is not shown again. Stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to our servers. | Until you clear site data |
| Google Tag Manager | Analytics | Loads and manages our measurement tags. Tags loaded through it may set their own analytics cookies to count visits and understand which pages and links people use. | Varies by tag | |
| HubSpot | HubSpot | Analytics / functional | Powers our contact and support tooling, and identifies returning visitors so a conversation can continue across visits. | Up to 13 months |
| askdimi widget | askdimi | Functional | Runs the on-site assistant widget and keeps your session state while you use it. | Session |
| Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights | Vercel | Analytics (aggregated) | Measures page views and real-world loading performance in aggregate. Designed to work without cookies that identify individual visitors. | No identifying cookie set |
Pages you publish with linkthe.app record page views and link clicks so you can see them in your analytics. If you embed third-party content — a YouTube video, an external checkout, a booking widget — that provider may set its own cookies for visitors to your page. Those are governed by the provider's policy, and if you operate in a region that requires consent notices you are responsible for them on your own page.
cookies-accepted key, so the notice will appear again on your next visit. For how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy, Security practices and Terms of Service.
